Refund Policy
When we refund, when we don't, and how to request one.

1. Before work begins
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before work has started. Once an order moves from Pending to In Progress, resources have been allocated and the refund policy below applies.
2. Once work has started
Due to the custom nature of SEO and digital services, orders that are already in progress are non-refundable once work has begun.
This includes research, planning, writing, outreach, audits, optimization work, communication with publishers, and manual processing.
3. Guest posts, backlinks & third-party placements
Orders involving guest posts, backlinks, editorial placements, outreach, or third-party publishing are non-refundable once placement fees, publishing fees, or outreach costs have been incurred.
If a placement cannot be completed, we will offer:
- a replacement website
- credit toward another placement
- or an alternative solution
4. Content writing, SEO audits & optimization services
For content writing, SEO audits, and optimization services, refunds are not available once work has started and time has been invested.
If the delivered work does not reasonably match the service description, we will first offer revisions or corrections.
5. After delivery
Refunds are not issued after successful delivery unless the service was materially different from what was ordered.
Requests based on changed preferences, delayed timelines caused by the client, or no longer needing the service are not valid refund reasons.
6. Client delays / missing information
If a client fails to provide required access, details, approvals, or materials for 30+ days, the order may be considered abandoned and becomes non-refundable.
7. Link replacement guarantee
For eligible backlink and guest post services, if a live link is removed within the stated guarantee period, we will replace it with a comparable placement at no additional cost.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute. We are committed to resolving genuine issues quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested with full order evidence.

For refund requests, email with your order number and reason. We reply within 24 hours.
