This Privacy Policy explains what information SEOTrusty ("we", "us") collects about you, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website seotrusty.com and all services offered through it.

Account information
Name, email, hashed password, role, and account activity timestamps.
Order information
Target URLs, keywords, niche and notes you provide for each order, payment identifiers from PayPal (we never see or store full card numbers), and the deliverable files.
Automatically collected
IP address, browser user-agent, pages visited and timestamps. We use standard web analytics and search-performance tools to understand aggregate traffic.

3. How we share information
We share only what's necessary to run the Service, and only with:
- PayPal — to process payments (their Privacy Policy applies)
- Our email provider — to send transactional email (order updates, receipts, password resets)
- Our contact-form provider — to deliver messages submitted through the contact form
- Analytics and search-performance providers — aggregate, anonymized usage data
We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
4. Cookies

Account data is retained while your account is active. Order data is retained for 7 years for accounting/tax purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see "Your rights").

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Our database runs on a private network behind a firewall. We run automated backups daily.
7. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA)
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by emailing . We respond within 30 days.
8. Children
SEOTrusty is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have, please contact us.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to registered users.
